We collect information you provide directly: mobile number (for OTP login), name, delivery address, and order details. We also collect usage data such as pages visited and search queries within our platform — solely to improve your experience.
2. Prescription Data
If you purchase Rx medicines, you upload a prescription image. This is stored securely and accessed only by our licensed pharmacists for verification. Prescription images are not shared with any third party and are deleted after order fulfilment verification.
3. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used exclusively to: (a) process and fulfil your orders, (b) send order updates via SMS/WhatsApp, (c) verify prescriptions for Rx medicines, (d) improve our platform experience. We do not use your data for advertising or marketing without explicit consent.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share data only with: (a) logistics partners (name + address for delivery), (b) payment processors (Razorpay — for card/UPI transactions only), (c) SMS gateway (MSG91 — for OTP delivery). All partners are bound by confidentiality agreements.
5. Data Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS 1.3). Passwords are never stored — we use OTP-based authentication only. Sensitive data is encrypted at rest. Our servers are hosted on AWS with regular security patches and monitoring.
6. Cookies
We use only essential cookies: session authentication and cart persistence. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but this may affect cart and login functionality.
7. Data Retention
Order records are retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax law. Account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
8. Your Rights
