Prescription (Rx) Policy
Euphoria Life Sciences LLP · In compliance with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940
Legal Requirement: Under Schedule H and H1 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945, certain medicines can only be dispensed against a valid prescription from a Registered Medical Practitioner (RMP). Euphoria Life Sciences LLP strictly adheres to this regulation.
How It Works

Add Rx Medicine to Cart
Products requiring a prescription are marked with an ⚕️ Rx badge on the product page and cart.

Upload Prescription at Checkout
At the address step, you will be prompted to upload a clear photo or PDF of your valid prescription.

Pharmacist Review (within 4 hours)
A licensed pharmacist from our team reviews your prescription. Your order status will show 'Rx Under Review'.

Approval & Dispatch
Once approved, your order moves to 'Confirmed' and is dispatched within 1 business day. If rejected, you are notified with the reason.
Valid Prescription Requirements
- ✓Written by a Registered Medical Practitioner (RMP) with valid registration number
- ✓Contains patient's full name, age, and date
- ✓Clearly states medicine name, dosage, and duration
- ✓Has the doctor's signature, stamp, and registration number
- ✓Is not older than 6 months from the date of issue
- ✓Is legible — blurry or unreadable prescriptions will be rejected

Prescription Rejection & Refund
If your prescription is rejected, your order will be cancelled and any payment made will be fully refunded within 7 business days.
Common rejection reasons: expired prescription, missing doctor stamp, illegible handwriting, prescription for a different medicine, or prescription older than 6 months.
You may reorder with a valid prescription after obtaining one from your physician.
