1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Euphoria Life Sciences LLP website and placing orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Single Supplier Platform
This platform exclusively sells medicines supplied by Euphoria Life Sciences LLP. No third-party products, generic substitutes, or competitor brands are available or suggested. All products are genuine and sourced directly from our WHO-GMP certified facility.
3. Medical Disclaimer
All medicines listed on this platform require guidance from a qualified physician. Product information is for educational purposes only. Do not self-medicate. Always consult a registered medical practitioner before purchasing or consuming any medicine.
4. Prescription (Rx) Medicines
Certain medicines on this platform are classified as Schedule H or H1 drugs under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and require a valid prescription from a registered physician. You must upload a valid prescription at checkout for Rx items. Orders without valid prescriptions will be cancelled after pharmacist review.
5. Ordering & Payment
Orders are confirmed subject to product availability and prescription verification (where applicable). We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as the primary payment method. UPI/Card payments are processed via Razorpay in compliance with RBI guidelines. We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is not received or if prescription verification fails.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship Pan India. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹500. Shipping charges of ₹50 apply on orders below ₹500. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics conditions.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, we do not accept returns once medicines are dispatched, except in cases of damaged, expired, or wrongly shipped items. Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.
8. User Accounts & OTP
Account access is via mobile OTP. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Do not share your OTP with anyone. Euphoria Life Sciences LLP will never ask for your OTP via phone or email.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, product names, and images on this platform are the intellectual property of Euphoria Life Sciences LLP. Reproduction or commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
11. Changes to Terms
Euphoria Life Sciences LLP reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
